What happens when my trial ends?
Billing starts automatically at the Standard rate for the number of users on your account at that time — your data and configuration carry over with no interruption. You can change plans or cancel before then.
How does per-user pricing work?
Standard and Pro are billed per user, per month — you're charged for the number of seats you actually use. Enterprise is priced individually based on your organisation's needs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the FinTrax portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before cancelling. We retain data through your selected retention window in case you wish to reactivate.
Is there a minimum contract length?
