Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the FinTrax portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before cancelling. We retain data for 30 days post-cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Starter and Professional plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. Enterprise contracts are typically annual — contact us to discuss your requirements.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
