K&K Digital Solutions operates kandkdigitalsolutions.com and is the data controller for information collected through this website.

1.3 Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data under the following lawful bases under GDPR Article 6: (a) Consent — where you have given explicit consent; (b) Contract performance — where processing is necessary to fulfil a contract; (c) Legitimate interests — for analytics and business development; (d) Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.
1.4 Data Retention
We retain personal data for no longer than necessary. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Candidate CVs are retained for 12 months unless you consent to longer retention. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default).

4.1 Data Residency (Article 44)
All personal data for EU/EEA residents is stored on servers located within the European Union. Our primary data hosting is provided by Vercel (EU region) and Google Cloud (europe-west1). We do not transfer personal data to third countries without appropriate safeguards.
4.2 Data Processor Agreements
We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with all third-party processors including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Cloudflare, Vercel, and SendGrid. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
